Rights of data subjects in the processing of personal data

Under the Regulation you have rights which we, as the controller, are obliged to honour. You may exercise them in writing, by phone or by e‑mail.

  • The right to request access to your personal data.
  • The right to rectification of inaccurate or changed data.
  • The right to erasure if data is inaccurate or processed unlawfully.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
  • The right to restriction of processing.
  • The right to data portability to another controller.

Right to object

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data where it is carried out on the basis of legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, including profiling.

As the controller, we will no longer process your personal data unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, rights and freedoms.

Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, Slovak Republic, dataprotection.gov.sk/uoou.
